CAMBRIDGE ARTWORKS invites artists of all disciplines to apply for the 2024 Caravanserai Summer Residencies, which are based in our bright blue caravan that’s been transformed into a bespoke studio and nestled next to our main building.
The residencies offer selected artists an opportunity to concentrate exclusively on their individual practice and take time out from usual routines for experimentation, critical thinking and the development of new work within the context of a vibrant artists' studio community in central Cambridge.

WHO: Emerging and established artists
WHEN: Selected artists will be part of a programme of residencies (up to 3 weeks each) taking place at Cambridge Artworks between June and October 2024.
FEE: None. Please note that accommodation and living expenses throughout the residency are not provided.

Shortlisted artists will be notified on the week commencing 29th April; all applicants will be contacted regardless of outcome.
Interviews will be scheduled for the week commencing 6th May.
