Alison Turnbull Associates and Half Moon Creative Arts CIC present

21 - 24 November 2019

10am - 4pm daily

Will Nash is presenting the maquette of a new public art sculpture to be created for the redeveloped facilities at the Niab Trust in Cambridge.  He will be talking about his work as part of the event.

The show further explores the theme of the hidden world of plants, making the invisible, visible, finding beauty in the grotesque.   This is an exciting  opportunity to see the works of some new and emerging artists, including Ellie Seymour, Kirsten Lavers, Nell Lyhne, Chenille Harris, Paul Barbu and Angela C. Smith.

Private View: Friday 22nd November

artists' social

12 December 2019

Prop-Up is an informal, inclusive social gathering for artists, curators, writers & anyone working in the arts in Cambridge. Following on from recent artists' events held at Murray Edwards College and Heong Gallery, Prop-Up promotes the belief that a healthy social life contributes to a healthy creative practice.

Our election night Prop-Up will feature a truly egalitarian one-night-only 'exhibition', so BYO artwork that can be propped-up against the gallery walls, along with a bottle of whatever drink you fancy & join us for a relaxed evening of post-voting merriment. The ship may be sinking, but we'll go on drinking!
