The work has developed out of my response to memories and the changing environment - how they are such an important part of our lives. My emotions and creativity is fed by the way that all around us changes and looks different every day.

My work is textile based combining traditional with non-traditional media. I use drawing/sculpting the materials to create work full of texture. The work consists of layers that trap memories as well as tactile qualities that make the viewer want to touch.
