ArtSpace
The gallery floor space is approximately 45 m².
The gallery is equipped with moveable spotlights, has matte white walls and ceiling and a grey painted concrete floor.  There are adequate power sockets.

Amenities
Users of ArtSpace have access to toilets situated in the Artworks main building. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available.  There is a butlers sink situated in the gallery, this can be partitioned off if required.  There are a number of tables and chairs available for use.

Hire
The gallery is available for hire on a weekly basis from Friday 9.00 am to Thursday 9.30pm. Hire of the gallery gives full use of all gallery facilities at the following times:

Wednesday to Sunday 11.00 to 5.00.  ArtSpace is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, unless by prior arrangement.  A private view may be held on one evening up to 9.30 pm.
Bookings may be made for weekends only or for longer periods if ArtSpace is available.

Booking Details
Rates for the hire of the gallery are:artists and individuals: £125 per week; group shows : £200 per week

A reservation deposit of £50 per week is required to secure a booking, which is non-refundable

Full payment of the balance is due at least 3 weeks prior to the exhibition

No refunds will be given on cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the exhibition.

It is the artist's responsibility to promote and man their own exhibitions.  ArtSpace logo should be included on any printed publicity and all material should be approved by ArtSpace prior to printing.  It is ocassionally possible for ArtWorks to assist in invigilating an exhibition by prior arrangement.

ArtSpace provides a mailing list of approx. 60 names and will place adverts at the exhibitors expense.

On leaving the gallery after an exhibition, the artist must ensure the space is clean and tidy, the floors must be cleaned and any marks on the walls be removed
